![]() Overall, pleased with my order, but I would recommend keeping in touch with the company, just to make sure there's no problems, as they don't take the initiative and contact you first. I was really impressed! Even orders coming from within the UK don't seem to arrived as quickly as this one did. It shipped Tuesday night UK time from LA and arrived on Thursday afternoon. My order was shipped that day, and they upgraded it to DHL Express, due to the problems with the order. She was really helpful, and refunded part of my order. Customers should also check the website, social media sites and app for REVOLVE. I contacted them again and the girl was useless, so I waited a couple hours and contacted again, and got someone else. The first place shoppers should look for REVOLVE coupons is RetailMeNot. Getting a bit more miffed, as, again, they didn't contact me to say there was a problem, and why didn't the girl on Saturday sort this when she sorted my address? Anyway, was told it would ship that day. Apparently, I hadn't put my mobile number down, and they needed that before they could ship anything. On Monday, I messaged again, just to double-check that everything was okay. They got it sorted and said it would be shipped on Monday (as this was a Saturday and they only ship Monday-Friday). Bit miffed they hadn't contacted me to correct the mistake, but glad I hadn't waited ages before finding out. Apparently, the address I'd put down was not right in their system. The next day, it hadn't shipped, so I messaged them to find out what happened. But, I thought 'my order is supposed to be getting shipped the same day, so I'll wait and see'. I placed an order and then checked the reviews afterwards, which, not gonna lie, panicked me a bit. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team. I used their free return label and did everything i was instructed to for returns and it had a tracking label saying it was successfully delivered to boarder Guru but apparently boarder guru does not provide tracking into the US. We will accept returns within 60 days for a full refund and within 90 days for an exchange. They even expected me to contact Canada post myself to find out the status of my shipment. I had to call the 2nd time as well since i waited over the expected time frame for my return and used the same line before they sent me my refund. ![]() ![]() They said i would need to wait another 8 business days but i complained to them ive already waited over the amount of time and i was going to complain to paypal and they finally said they would send me a return and label the return as lost. The first time they said they never received my return after waiting the full 21 days. Ive had to return 2 different items to revolve because of the sizing and both times I had to call to find out about my refund. It takes 5 business days to get to border guru in Ontario from Edmonton, Alberta, then it takes 5-8 business days to get back to Revolve Clothing and another 5-8 business days for them to process the return however they never do that within the time frame. Canadian returns go through border guru in Ontario. Just awful! Customer services is good and helpful at times and other times its terrible! They dont mention that yes you get free returns from Canada but it takes a very long time for your refund to come in.
